MUSCLE SHOALS-Over night in the parking lot of Jody’s Restaurant in Muscle Shoals, the police and emergency personnel were called to the scene of two people killed by gunshot.
At around 2:30 am on Saturday, January 24 the police were called to the

to the scene at the restaurant. According to Police Chief Robert Evans of the Muscle Shoals Police Department, two bodies were discovered with gunshot wounds. A female was discovered dead outside of the car and the male was deceased behind the wheel of the car.
No identification has been released pending notification of next of kin.
The investigation is on going and as we receive more information on this case we will report it here.
