Shirley Ward Martin, 73, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013, at her residence. She was born October 7, 1939 to the late Delmar Lee Ward and the late Idear Taylor Ward. She worked in the furniture industry for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her large family and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her Husband, Danny Martin of Shannon, MS, Daughter, Lisa (Donald Eric) Wilson of Shannon, MS, Daughter, Nicole Voyles of Shannon, Daughter, Anita (Charles) Roe of Sacramento, CA, Brother, Riley (Janie) Ward of Nimmons, AR, Sister, Ella (Eugene) Phillips of Poplar Bluff, MO, Brother, Donald (Sharon) Ward of Paragould, AR, Brother, Robert Ward of Clayton, TX, Sister, Sandra (Dennis) Copeland of Flint, MI, Sister, Linda Kay (Jim) Maulden, Brother, John Maulden Jr. of Poplar Bluff, MO, grandchildren, 10, Great Grandchildren, 4, a host of other family members, Jimmy Voyles, Gregg Voyles, Zachary Voyles, Tyler Voyles, Jason Sewell, David Fisackerly.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Delmar Lee Ward, Mother, Idear Ward, Daughter, Cynthia Elaine Murphy, Granddaughter, Sunshine Reed, Sister, Joann Ward.
