She retired November 11, 2005, with USDA Farm Service Agency with 30 plus years of service to the farmers in Prentiss County. As a member of First Baptist Church in Booneville for over 60 years, her strong faith and church too was an important foundation in her life. Shirley also helped at VBS in the Hospitality Room and frequently went on Family Mission Trips to the Baptist Children’s Village.
