Shirley, aka “Nannie” was a very special lady, always beautiful and put together. But she felt her place was in serving others. Things she LOVED were weekend visits with GREAT grandbabies, and grandchildren. She loved phone conversations, several daily, often to the SAME people and loved CLEANING! We know she’s in heaven, dusting, running the vacuum or working in the yard cutting limbs or weed eating with her scissors!! That’s what she loved to do. She was ONE of a Kind. Small and feisty, and fought fiercely for what she believed! There will NEVER be another like her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Shoals Dream Center.
