Shirley is survived by her daughter, Holleigh Hayes; grandchildren, Christian Simmons, Hadleigh Hayes, and Benjamin Johnson; son, Scott Potter; sisters, Linda Holmes and Trisha Hayes; brother, Danny Hayes; nieces, Pam Wills, Ashley Holmes, Cassie Hayes, Ensley Russell; and host of great nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her daughter, Jamie Smitherman; mother, Nellie Cornett; father, Jim Lang; brothers, Freddie Hayes, and Jerry Lang.
