Shirley Jo Turner Eckstein 69, of Ardmore, AL died Tuesday, December 08, 2020 at her home.
Born Wednesday, February 28, 1951 in Athens, AL she was the daughter of Willie Wesley Turner and Mamie Sue Rogers Turner.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, David Richard “Ricky” Eckstein; parents; son, David Steven Eckstein; brothers, Sterling Turner, Willie Lee Turner and Donnie Turner; sisters, Mary Perry and Margaret Turner.
She is survived by grandsons, Matthew David Eckstein and Andrew Steven Eckstein of Toney, AL; brothers, Steve Turner, Stanley Turner, James Turner and Jackie Turner all of Elkmont, AL, Rickey Turner of Pulaski, TN; sisters, Margie Clinard and Janie Rozell both of Ardmore, AL and Jean Scoggins of Athens, AL; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A Public Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 09, 2020 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore Alabama from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
There will be a private family burial at Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Eckstein, Andrew Eckstein, Steve Turner, Stanley Turner, Johnny Reyer, Jr. Cano, Mark Clinard and Steve Rozell. Honorary Pallbearers will be James Turner, Rickey Turner and Jackie Turner.
