Shirley Faye Harris Wallace – Obituary

Shirley Faye Harris Wallace of Pulaski passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama on June 7, 1945 and was 72 years old.
Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the choir. She was a loan secretary at the Union Bank and Third National Bank for many years.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 26th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will follow on Friday, October 27th at 2:00pm at First Baptist Church.
Burial to take place in Giles Memory Gardens
Memorial donations in Shirley’s memory are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4825 Trousdale Drive, Suite 220, Nashville, Tennessee 37220
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer Chandler and Vera Isenhower Harris.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 54 years, Tom Wallace of Pulaski
Son, Kyle (Tracy) Wallace of Pulaski
Daughter, Karen (Steve) Sorrow of Pulaski
Grandchildren, Kristen (Josh) Abernathy, Chandler Wallace, Kate Wallace and Bryson Phillips.
2 great-grandchildren
Sister, Sandra (James) Tatum of Nashville
Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home in charge of arrangements for Shirley Faye Harris Wallace.
