Shirley Faye Glover Brewer, 79, of Owens Cross Roads, Al. passed away at her home on September 11, 2024. She was born in Madison County, Al. and she was a 1963 Graduate of Butler High School. She was of the Holiness Faith for 55 years and was most recent a member of Landmark Free Holiness Church.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Billy Ray Brewer; son, Clark (Tammy) Brewer of Rossville, GA; daughters, Lori (Lolis) Crooks of Madison, AL and Carla (David) Brown of Shelbyville, TN; five grandchildren, Cody (Christina) Brewer, Zack McLain, Holly (Eric) King, Allison Brinkley, Ryne (Nina) McLain; nine great grandchildren, Nathan, Aubree, Joanna, Owen, Flora, Blakeley, Olivia, Ryleigh and Julian; brother-in-law, Tom Brewer; sister-in-law, Marie Rich; nephew, David (Leesa) Stapler and niece, Roberta Morrison.
Preceded in death by her parents, Gardner and Margaret Dudley Glover; grandparents, Wade and Allie Mae Glover and Gordon and Ida Mae Dudley; brother, Nathan Glover; and sisters, Evelyn Morrison and Madge Glover.
Visitation will be Saturday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Sunday at 11:00 am with Aaron Wooten officiating. Pallbearers will be Cody Brewer, Zack McLain, Ryne McLain, David Stapler, Keith Stapler and Eric King.
Interment will be in Glover Cemetery.
