Shirley Diane Letson Underwood, 63, of Florence, passed away February 10, 2022 at North Alabama Medical Center. She was a member of Stony Point Church of Christ and Underwood Petersville Community Center.
Visitation will be Monday, February 14, 2022 from 1-2 p.m. at Stony Point Church of Christ. A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. in Stony Point Cemetery with Brad Adcock officiating. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Underwood was preceded in death by her parents, James Frank Letson, Sr. and Betty Dickey Letson; brother, James Frank Letson, Jr.; sister, Patsy Letson; and step-mother, Iva Letson.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel “Danny” Underwood; son William “Will” Underwood; brother, Steve Letson; granddaughter, Autumn Olivia Underwood; and special dog, Daisy Mae.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stony Point Church of Christ.
