Shirley B. Gifford, 76, of Florence, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at North Alabama Medical Center. She was a seamstress.
Visitation will be Friday, April 4, 2025, from 1-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Jessie’s Garden.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Frankie Bottoms; brother, Jerry Bottoms; sister, Linda Ramsey; and great grandson, Jaxon McClung.
She is survived by her husband, John Gifford; sons, Sam McClung and John Gifford, III; daughter, Stephanie (Ron) Pennington; brother-in-law, George Anthony (Valerie) Gifford; sister, Donna (Randy) Henderson; sister-in-law, Charlotte Yerby; grandchildren, Sammy, Zachary, and Madison; great grandchild, Ava Lynn.
