Shirley Ann Holt age 70 of Florence, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence from 6pm till 8pm. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 11am in the Chapel at Elkins of Florence with Tommy Ruple officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
She is preceded in death by her husband Edgar Lee Holt Jr. Her parents Archie Lee and Merline Jackson. And her brother Junior Jackson.
She is survived by three daughters; Donna Beckman and husband Terry, Teresa Thorn and husband Michael and Shannon Holt. One brother Gene Jackson and wife Kathy. Seven grandchildren; Tiffany Campbell, Josh Beckman, Rebecca Randolph, Britten Randolph, Ryan Randolph, Sam Cox and Gracie Cox. Two great-grandchildren; Caden Campbell and Axton Stanfield.
Shirley loved Alabama Football. She enjoyed spending time with her family and she enjoyed it most when the family got together.
Pallbearers will be Mitchell Jackson, Lance Barnes, William Thomas, Michael Laster, Britt Laster and Samuel Laster.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and the Helen Keller 4th floor nurses and staff.
