Shirley Ann Hall Franks, age 81 of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 21st at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier 11AM until 1Pm with a graveside service following at Rock Springs Cemetery with Rev. Randy Harman officiating.
Shirley was born in Springfield, TN to the late Orin and Christine Baggett Hall. She was also preceded in death by daughter, Leighann Birk; sisters, Alice Faye Sullivan and Betty Jean Douglas.
She loved traveling, reading and spending time with her sisters and friends. She was a member at Springfield Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Valarie (Scott) Benford of Muscle Shoals, AL; sister Elizabeth Rawls of Springfield, TN and grandchildren, Tanner Bozeman and Mollie Melton.
