Shirley Ann Freeman, 83 of New Market, passed away Sunday June 5th, 2022.
Shirley is survived by her husband; Thomas E. Freeman, sons; Thomas R. Freeman (Vickie), William Scott Freeman, grandchildren; Angela, Casie (Josh), and Evan, great grandchildren; Arrington, Roland, Jaxon, and Andrew, sister; Jane Nicholas (Greg), brother; Benjamin Dawson, as well as beloved nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Freeman had recently moved to New market, Alabama from Marietta, Ga. She spent her life as a devoted and faithful christian. During her time in Georgia, she was a long time dedicated member of Sandy Planes Church.
Shirley was always a joyful person to be surrounded by. She is best remembered by her family as the light in the room. Mrs. Freeman was a people person and loved meeting and making new friends. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
