A visitation for Shirl Cooper will be held Monday, February 12, 2024 from 5 until 7 P.M. at Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland.
Shirl was born in Talladega and lived all her life in the Clay County area. She worked at Tru-Wood Cabinets for several years and was a big Auburn fan.
She is survived by her children, Jodie Duncan and Cody Duncan both of Ashland; 2 grandchildren, Adriana Moore of Auburn and Kyrie Hardy of Ashland; siblings, Mindy Moore and husband Michael of Ashland and Mark Cooper and wife Anna of Rockmart, GA; several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mickey and Ann Cooper.
Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
