Sherry Paulette Sandy Taylor, 76 of Decatur, AL, passed away, October 15, 2022. Her visitation will be from 12pm-1pm, on Thursday, October 20, with her Celebration of Life beginning at 1:00pm at Cave Spring Baptist Church, with Brandon Lewis officiating.
Paulette is survived by her husband Roddy Taylor, Sister Freida Sandy Whitten Shaw (Bruce Shaw), children Lisa Grapes (Jason Grapes), Bradley Styles (Ivey Styles), Collette Taylor, daughter-in-law, Tracy McClellan, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Rebel Sandy & Paulene Hopkins Sandy, her sisters Jennifer Chace, Geraldine McLemore, her son Terry McClellan.
Paulette is a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and Alabama Fan. She is a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church. She is from the class of 1964 at Decatur High School. She is loved by many and will be missed.
