Sherry Owen Mayes 59, of Somerville passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born July 7, 1962 in California to Larry and Judith Ann Owen. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother Rodney Owen. She is survived by her husband Donnie Mayes; two sons, Brandon Hall and Dustin Hall; brother, Ronnie Owen and two sisters, Kay Loyd and Dorothy Stephenson; three grandchildren, Alivia Hall, Audrey Hall and Ellis Hall. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home. Funeral will be Thursday at 11:00am at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
