Sherlene Ayers Graham, 97 of Sumiton, was born December 18, 1926 and passed away January 29, 2024.
She was a graduate of Lamar County High School in Vernon, AL, class of 1946. She was an active and devoted member of Sumiton Methodist Church in Sumiton, AL
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lindsey A. Graham; father, Clifton Ayres and mother, Lavader Jones Ayres, of Millport, AL; sisters, Grace A. Cannon, Maudine A Hall and Mary Frances Sisson.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Ann Wright and husband Larry; her son, Terry Lyn Graham and wife Amanda; granddaughter, Malea Lyn Graham; several other relatives and friends.
Graveside services and interment will be Thursday February 1, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Walker Memory Gardens in Jasper, AL. There will be no public visitation. Everyone is invited to meet at the graveside.
The family wishes to express thanks to Sumiton Methodist Church and Pro Health Hospice, along with family and friends.
