Sherill Lou Parton, 80, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Eugene Parton; three children, Patricia Joann Tanner, Pamela Lou Barnes and Milton Douglas Parton; her parents, Floyd and Lucile Bingaman; one sister; and two brothers.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Minahan; brother, Fred Bingaman; grandchildren, Jason Allen Gowen, Robert Brandon Barnes, Allison Sherill Gene Wilbourn, and Thomas Jeffrey Wilbourn; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 13 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Coy Hallmark officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. (www.laughlinservice.com)
