Shelley Chitwood Towe, age 59 of Madison, AL passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at M.D. Anderson Hospital. Mrs. Towe was born on March 1, 1958 in Shelbyville, TN to Carl and Joyce Tucker Chitwood.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Towe is survived by her husband, Lannie Kent Towe, Sr. ; son, Lannie Kent Towe, Jr. of Madison, AL; brother, Dr. Walter Carl Chitwood of Murfreesboro, TN and several nieces and nephews.
Services for Mrs. Towe will be 2:00PM Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Greenbriar Baptist Church with Bro. Ricky Lowrey officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00PM Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Keith Dodd, David Cole, Brandon Towe, Justin Towe, Daniel Terry, Daniel Hughes, Dustin Beaver and Hunter Towe.
