Shelby Clifton Rogers, age 86, of Leoma, TN passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, a homemaker, and of the Church of Christ Faith. She also enjoyed crocheting and puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her father, Loyd Clifton; her mother, Nellie Clayton Clifton Beasley; her husband, Charles Boyd Rogers, Sr.; and four brothers, Willard Clifton, Charles Beasley, Eugene Beasley, and Hollis Beasley.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Boyd Rogers, Jr. of Lawrenceburg, TN and Michael Anthony Rogers (Yevette) of Litchfield Park, AZ; two grandchildren, Carolyn Ann Rogers of Litchfield Park, AZ and Paul Curtis Rogers (Allison) of Fort Collins, CO; two sisters, Viola Troup of Lawrenceburg, TN and Judy Nunley of Huntsville, AL; and two brothers, Marshall Beasley of FL and Jimmy Beasley of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, September 22, 2023, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, September 23, 2023, with Jerry McLain officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
