Shawn William Scott, 43, of Anniston, Alabama, passed away on October 7, 2023. Born on May 23, 1980, in New Brunswick, NJ, Shawn was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Shawn was a kind, funny, loving, and protective individual. He had a passion for music, especially Heavy Metal, and enjoyed exploring the world of horror movies. In his free time, he found solace in the art of drawing.
After graduating from Spotswood High School, Shawn pursued a career as a security guard. He took great pride in ensuring the safety and well-being of those around him.
Shawn is survived by his mother, Donna Shepard, his sister Kelly Scott, his nieces and nephews, Lilly Hurd, Carson Wolfe, and Megan Wolfe, as well as his brother-in-law, Steven Wolfe.
A private memorial service will be held to honor Shawn’s life and cherish the memories he leaves behind. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice in Shawn’s name.
