Shannon Wallace, 47, of Hazel Green, passed away on Friday. She was a graduate of Hazel Green High School.
To know Shannon was to love her. Growing up, she was always beautiful, funny, and the life of the party. She had a heart of gold and loved her family. Shannon was passionate about autism awareness and massage therapy.
She is survived by her husband, Jodie Ray Wallace; Her children: Seth Tyler Gaskin, Casey Leigh Mason, Chance Trevor Mason, Taylor Lynn Mason, Alayna Grace Gaskin, and Aidan James Wallace; her step-son, Codie Wallace; her grandchildren: Parker James Newby, Liam Tyler Mason, and Lynlee Marie Mason; her parents, James C. Gaskin and Carolyn Joyce Gaskin; her siblings: Rodney (Tracy) Gaskin, David (Valerie) Gaskin, Richard Gaskin, and Brittany Butler.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 11am at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.
