Shane Green, 41 of Florence, AL passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Visitation will be 6:00 – 9:00 pm Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral service will be Friday, May 8, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home chapel with Mark Maybrey and Sonny Hargett officiating. Burial will follow in Central Heights Community Cemetery.
Mr. Green was a graduate of Waterloo High School and worked as a carpenter. He loved working with his dad on the farm. He was preceded in death by brothers Brad Green and Carlos Dabbs, PawPaw Barnes, also MawMaw and PawPaw Green.
Survivors include his mother Vonda Green, father Wayne Green, son Devin Green, daughters Trinity Green and Kailee Green all of Florence, brothers Chris Green of Florence, and Shannon Green of Red Bay, sisters Donna McKinney of Florence and Stacy Christensen of Killen. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a great niece Emily Lucy.
Servings as pallbearers will be Doug Cole, Danny Cole, Tyler McKinney, Drew Green, Kyle Green, Aaron Barnes, Robbie Green and Ronnie Green.
