Mr. Shane Christopher Haislip, 43, of Scottsboro passed away Wednesday at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Haislip was a loving husband, proud father and grandfather, great son, best brother, amazing uncle, loyal friend, and a role model to many. He could put a smile on anyone’s face and would give you the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He was a 1999 Graduate of Scottsboro High School. He was a hard worker, jack of all trades, and a “Treasure Hunter.” He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Frances LiVolsi Iffland; grandfather, John Haislip; Brother, Michael David Haslip; step brother, Zachary Allen and nephew, Hunter Haislip.
He is survived by his wife, Chrysti Haislip; two daughters, Daisy Deerman and Haisa Grace Haislip; bonus daughter, Kelsey Phillips; two sons, Sebastian Deerman and Landon Ledbetter; bonus sons, Gage Gunner, Gavin Putman; mother, Michele Iffland Allen; father, David C. Haislip; sister, Mia Allen; twin brother, Adam Haislip; grandmother, Shirley Haislip; grandchild, Ean Otinger; uncle, Mike Iffland (Sandra); nephew Cooper Haislip; and many friends and cousins.
Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Scottsboro Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
