UPDATE: At 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29 authorities captured escaped inmate “Trey”Vaughn in the Warrenton area near Guntersville.
GUNTERSVILLE-Several law enforcement agencies from Guntersville, Etowah, Marshall and Blount Counties are searching for a suspect believed to be the man who escaped from Blount County on Monday, July 27.
Dogs have been brought in from Limestone County to help with the search which began in Guntersville as a motorcycle chase. Clyde Arnold “Trey”Vaughn, III is the man who escaped from the Blount County facility on Monday and is believed to be the man who tried to evade authorities on the motorcycle.
