Section Man Dies In Single-Vehicle Accident In Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY – The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of one person in Jackson County:

“A single-vehicle crash at approximately 6:50 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, has claimed the life of a Section man.

David M. McDonald, 45, was fatally injured when the 2001 Ford F-150 he was driving left the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned. He was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash occurred on Alabama 35, approximately two miles north of Section, in Jackson County.  Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
