MUSCLE SHOALS-Muscle Shoals Police Chief Robert Evans released a statement concerning the murder of Jason Fox on August 12.
Ronnie Lee Credille, 39 has been charged with capital murder in the death of Fox. Fox’s wife, Erica Rae Fox has been also arrested. She was Saturday night and has been charged with capital murder.
Chief Evans says, ” Additional arrests have been made today in connection with the Fox homicide case being worked by our department. Murder warrants were issued and executed on the wife and a male subject. Both subjects were transported to the Colbert County Jail and are being held without bond. The subjects were arrested at different locations. I don’t have any additional information available at this time. I’ll be meeting with Investigators in the morning.”
According to the Chief more information on this case will be released on Monday, August 22.
