Scotty Phelps – Obituary

It is with regret that we announce the death of Mr. Scotty Phelps, age 64, of Fayetteville, TN. Mr. Phelps passed away July 14, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Phelps was the son of the late Pen and Hazel Johnson Phelps. He was a grounds keeper and maintenance man for many years.

Survivors include his long time companion Wanda Brock, daughter Kelly Phelps, special children Chris Brock, Janda (Jimmy) Rippe, grandchildren Hallie, Nevaeh, Kayla, Chris, Andrea, MaKenna, Corben, sisters Lou Smith, Ruth Blankenship, Stella Beaver, brothers David Phelps, Greg Phelps, Larry Phelps, Ralph Phelps and closest and special friends Roger Christian.
