Savannah Leigh Hall, 38, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at her residence. She was born in Russellville, AL and worked in manufacturing. Savannah had a great big smile and a contagious laugh. She loved going to the lake, working in her flower gardens and spending time with her family. She especially loved dogs and taking in any strays that she could. She enjoyed cooking and everyone loved to eat the dishes she prepared.
Visitation will be Friday, August 9, 4-6 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her parents, Chuck and Dena Dempsey; a sister, Shelby Winters (Jeremy); a nephew, Caeson Pope; her fiancé, Josh Epperson and her uncle, Terry Strickland (Cyndi).
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Bonnie Strickland and Drew and Betty Hall and a brother, Alex Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a local animal shelter.
