Funeral services for Sarah Smith Burress, 75 of Corinth, MS are set for Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with burial to follow in West Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery Stantonville, TN Visitation will be Friday, April 22, 2016 from 5:00 PM—8:00 PM. Mrs. Burress passed away on April 19, 2016 at Madison Hospital in Madicon Alabama. Born July 23, 1940 in Stantonville, TN to the late Cletus Smith and Lucy Asbill Smith, she was a homemaker and a member of Oakland Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 49 Years: Bobby Ray Burress of Corinth, MS.;son: Timothy S. Burress of Corinth, MS.; daughter: Cindy Burress Dawkins and Husband Art of Madison, Alabama;
two grandchildren: Summer Dawkins and Roman Dawkins; sisters: Judy Prince and Husband Dan of Placentia, California; other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her father: William Cletus Smith; mother: Lucy Asbill Smith; and brother: Billy Gene Smith. Dr. Randy Bostick and Charlie Browning will officiate the service.
