Sarah Louise Taylor Whitsett, age 93, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Thursday, December 14, 2023, at NHC Oakwood.
She was born August 31, 1930, in Marshall County to the late Grady Taylor and Addie Lunn Taylor. She was a hair dresser for many years and served as the caregiver for several family members and friends. She was a member of the Wilson Hill Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James Whitsett; son Dwight Whitsett; and five brothers, Harold, Ivie, Bill, Horace, and John Taylor.
She is survived by one daughter, Estella Whitsett Lynch of Hillsboro; six grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 11:00 am from the Chapel of London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee, with burial to follow in Harper-Taylor Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
