Sarah Harris Lee, 78, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024 at her residence. She was born in New Site, MS to Earl and Juanita Toole Harris. She was a homemaker and member of Liberty Church of Christ.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 17, 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Kevin Williams and John Williams officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 17, 11-1 at Deaton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dennis Memory Gardens. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by four children, James Anthony Laird, Dianne Schmoyer (Dave), Kay Zwan (Eddie) and Kevin Williams (Jan); grandchildren, Adam Zwan, Sarah Wheeler, Keith Laird, Melissa Laird, Jenna Ambrose, Eric Schmoyer, Mary Kate Williams, Jackson Williams and Charlie Williams; great-grandchildren, Glenn Laird, Connor Wheeler, Mason Wheeler, Reese Wheeler, Kaitlyn Owens and Adaline Ambrose and two brothers, Lilburn Harris and J.W. Harris.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Elmer Lee; one brother, Arnie Harris; sister, Joan Harris and two grandchildren, Travis Schmoyer and Joseph Laird.
Pallbearers will be Dillon Bennett, Garrett Bennett, Cade Bennett, Dawson Roach, Glenn Laird and Ben Bennett.
