Sarah Elizabeth Craig Killian 95 of Tuscumbia passed away Tuesday November 17, 2015 at Cottage of the Shoals. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, 2015 at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, AL. The funeral service will be 2:00pm Friday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Shoals Memorial Gardens. Timothy “Bubba” Massey will officiate.
She was a native of Edgewater, AL and a member of the Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by: her husband Luther Vernon Killian; son Vernon Craig Killian; parents Ara and Herchell Craig; and brothers Clyde, Kenneth, and Elmer Craig; and sister Virginia Morrison.
Survivors are: her daughter Kay West (Bill), Birmingham, AL; daughter-in-law Judy Killian, Sheffield, AL; sister Jo Whitehead, Birmingham, AL; grandchildren Heath and Chad (Leeann), Sheffield, Steve (Susan) West, Gulf Shores, Melanie (Jim) Benton, Hoover, and Ashley (Johnathon) Henderson, Helena, AL; 16 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Heath Killian, Chad Killian, Steve West, Johnathan Henderson, Jim Benton, and Hunter Benton.
Honorary pallbearers are James Hogan, Tyler Benton, Grant Benton, Tanner Moon, Clyde Craig, Steven West, and Will West.
