Sarah “Bonnie” Yvonne Yasko, age 80, of Bagley passed away November 18, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents Lorse and Estelle Watkins and her eldest son, John A. Yasko, III and her brothers, Doyle Watkins and Benny Watkins. Bonnie is survived by her husband of 61 years, John A. Yasko; sons Mike Yasko (Shelly) and Tim Yasko (Toni); 7 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter and her sister Barbara Watkins McCormack. Bonnie and her husband John met at the Kwik Chek in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1960. Their first date was on Valentine’s Day and they were married on June 4th. They remain sweethearts to this day. Bonnie and John moved to Bagley in 1968. Bonnie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed canning, cooking and taking care of her family. Bonnie, John and their three sons operated Tri County Meat Processing which was located on Jim Goggans Road. She and her family also attended New Temple Baptist Church. Services will be Saturday, November 20, 2021 at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive guests from 12-2pm. Chapel service will begin at 2pm with burial following in McCormack Cemetery. Rev. J.J. Creel officiating
