Graveside Funeral service and interment for Sara M. Hughes, 87, will be Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Andrews Chapel with Rev. Gordon Wilbanks officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hughes died on Friday, December 28, 2018 at her residence. She was born February 5, 1931, in Morgan County to Liege Weaver and Lucy Lassie Brown Weaver. She was a homemaker, who loved her family dearly and was a kind and giving person to all. Mrs. Hughes attended the Hartselle Holy Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband: James A. Hughes, Sr. and her parents.
