Mrs. Sara Jeanette McClendon, age 91 of Albertville, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, with Brother Mike Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends and loved ones at 1:00 pm till the time of service, and burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. McClendon is survived by her daughter Melanie Hannah (David); son Randy McClendon (Lark); grandchildren Heather Hannah, Sarah Hannah, Michael McClendon (Hollie), and Alan McClendon; great grandchildren Jesse McClendon, Duece McClendon, Cooper McClendon, and Arleigh McClendon.
She was preceded in death by her parents Claude and Esther Reaves; husbands Ray McClendon, and Harold “Bob” Roberts; son Terry McClendon; grandson William David II “Bill” Hannah; sisters Dora Hale and Katherine Stephens; brothers Ceasar Reaves, Norman Reaves, Jack Reaves, Ted Reaves, and Edward Reaves.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to be made to First Baptist Church of Albertville or Enhabit Hospice of Albertville, thank you.
