Sandra Neal Bolling- Harris was born on June 20, 1942 in Town Creek to the late Bob and Anna Belle Neal. She married J.D. Bolling at the age of 15. She married Tharon Harrison when she was 54.
One of Sandra’s favorite Bible verses, Who ever does not love, does not know God because God is love. 1 John 4:8. Sandra loved everyone. She loved her family, friends, neighbors, she even loved you before she met you. She loved life, and never met a stranger. She loved to write. She would do 20-30 cards and letters a month. She wrote a book entitled “Dawg’s Story” about her dog, cat, and two granddaughters, Julia Holaday, and Avery Bolling and she gave away over 200 copies. She also gave away bibles that she called her “Love Bibles”. She would mark every verse in the Bible that had the word Love in it, and highlight the verse and underline the word love in red. She always had a funny story to tell you, usually about herself. She went to work at G.C. Lingerie when she was 16. She later went on to work as a manager at Western Auto Store for her father. She was a substitute school bus driver, and also delivered mail. Later she worked at Joe Wheeler Resort. Sandra always said she was a jack of all trades, master of none, but she was. She was the anchor that kept our family going, and there are no words to tell you how much she will be missed. She always said if you miss me when i’m gone, touch your heart, and I will be there.
Sandra was preceded in death by Her Parents, J.D Bolling, Tharon Harrison, and her beloved son, Steve Bolling.
She is survived by: a son, Tim Bolling, who always held a special piece of her heart; her daughter-in-love, Sharon Bolling; and the wind beneath her wings, her granddaughter Avery Bolling.
She was blessed later in life to have another family that she loved dearly, and is also survived by: Chuck Harrison(Lisa), Kim Harrison, Konney Long(Bob), Kacen Harrison (Sissy); Grandchildren Julia Holaday, Josh Converse, Ian Puckett, Michael Puckett, Hillary Crawford, seven great grand children; two loving sisters, Linda Beason and Karen Hughes; nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, Aona, Katie, Seth, Scott, Gabriel, Jamie, and Ken.
