Sandra Lee Llerena, 65 of Athens, passed away on Saturday, March 15th, 2025, at her residence. Mrs. Llerena was born on November 20th, 1959, in Athens, to Fred and Evelyn Haggard Defoe.
Mrs. Llerena is survived by daughters Yolonda Villarreal (Armador Hernandez), Cindy Ferrazas (Joe), Tamitha Yerena (Cesar), and April Villarreal; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; her parents; brothers Freddie Defoe and Jonathan Defoe (Stephanie); and sister Tammy Tucker (James).
A memorial service for Mrs. Llerena will be Saturday, March 22nd, 2025, at 2:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Doug Colwell officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00-2:00pm at the funeral home.
