Sandra Jo Dodd Warren, 74, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2024, in Pontotoc, MS. She was a beautiful person, in looks and actions, she loved the Lord, her husband of 53 years, and her family, especially her three grandchildren. After retiring from U.S.D.A. Agricultural Research Service after 32 years, she moved to Pontotoc. Sandra traveled all over the world with her job.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, John D. Warren; her son, John D. Warren II and wife Amber McGraw Warren; her three grandchildren, John D Warren III, Olivia Warren, and Grayson Warren; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, O.L. and Laverne Williams Dodd; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 11AM at Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Ray Kennedy officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 7th 5-8PM and Thursday, August 8th 10AM until service time. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery. Baldwin Memorial Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be John Moore, Randy Byrd, Clayton Byrd, Mason Byrd, Martin Ball, and Cody Martin.
