  Sandra Gail (Sandy) Hatfield, 66, passed away on August 5, 2023, in Athens, AL after multiple illnesses.
Sandy was born in Decatur, Alabama on September 17, 1957, to Estele Lee Hatfield and Blondena Randolph Hatfield. She was a lifelong resident of Alabama and was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Johnathan Adam Webster, her brothers Jimmy Estele Hatfield, Johnny Houston Hatfield, and Freddy Ray Hatfield. She is survived by a sister, Barbara Ann White (Martha Horn) of Laurel, Maryland.
Sandy was a friend to all and was loved by many. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed serving in the church, especially teaching  primary children. She was a devoted ministering sister and her church family was a source of great comfort.
Her love of music was extensive, ranging from AC/DC to her favorite church hymns to classical guitar. She had a passion for flowers, plants, and nature and always had her flower beds beautifully planted. She loved to bring the beauty of nature close to her, and was passionate about art and design.
Sandy had a great love for her family and her greatest joy was her grandchildren, whom she adored. She is survived by her daughter, Patti Webster (Phillip Marshall); her sons, Jason Webster (Bonnie) and Daniel Webster; her beloved grandchildren, Will Harbin, Katie Harbin, Aidan Webster and Grace Webster; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on August 12, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1716 West Market Street, Athens, AL 35611. Spry Funeral Home officiating.
