Sandra Burnell (Gilbert) Pace, age 76, Russellville, passed away on Saturday, March 04, 2017, at ECM Hospital.

Our mother was more than a mother to just us four children, she was a mother to many. She was always willing to help anyone, showing love, kindness, and generosity to everyone. She was always there to listen to our problems, always being reassuring that everyone makes mistakes. She was a wonderful example of a Christian lady and mother. The fondest memory of our mother is sitting reading her Bible on a daily basis. If she could just leave one piece of advice, it would be “Just Pray” and she never quit believing in the power of prayer. She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be missed by all. The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 06, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 07, 2017 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Lonnie Oldag and Bobby Bolton speaking at the service. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest & Ruth Gilbert; siblings, Earline Pennington, Elsie Pennington, Edna Tyler, Era McPherson, Gail Hammon, E.C. Gilbert, J.W. Gilbert, Carl Gilbert, and Kenneth Gilbert.
