Samuel “Sammy” Ray Hanback age 50 of Tuscumbia passed on October 22, 2023. Memorial services will be held at Stateline Church 3855 Chisholm Road, Iron City, Tennessee at 11:00 am, Wednesday October 25, 2023.
He is preceded by his father, James T. Hanback, mother Clara J. Hanback, brother James R. Hanback, and two wives, Donna R. Hanback and Melinda Hanback.
Sammy is survived by his son Sam Hanback, daughter Tori Hanback, one brother, Ricky Hanback (Lisa) and three sisters, Sherry Hayes (Lonnie) , Tammie Stults (Kenneth) and Teresa Hanback. And sister-in-law Christy Hinton. As well as several nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to all the nurses at hospice and a special friend Slim “James” Turner.
