Funeral service for Samuel Dawson Tune, 77, will be Monday, May 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday, May 13, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home
Mr. Tune died on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born March 2, 1947, in Morgan County, to Lester Altman Tune and Temple Marcyle Buchannan Tune.
He was an Elks Lodge Member of 53 years. He was a Master plumber and Owner of Valley Plumbing, working locally, and was well known in the Community for almost 50 years. He was a loving husband, father, and Pawpaw and was an avid Golfer. Preceding him in death were his wife, Kathy Tune and his parents.
Survivors include
Son – Samuel Tune (Pam)
Daughter – Dawn Dawson (Pete)
Four Grandchildren – Chandler Dawson, Cameron Dawson, Owen Tune and Jasper Tune.
