Sammy Wayne Kruithoff, 61, of Hatton, Ala., passed away Dec. 27, 2013. He was born on Aug. 29, 1952. His funeral will be Sunday, Dec. 29, at 2 at Jackson Memory Funeral Home with Brother Phillip Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery. There will be a visitation Saturday evening from 6-8 here at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Martin, and his mother, Mary James. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Parker Kruithoff, of Hatton; one daughter, Kim Holcombe (Jimmy), of Florence; two sons, Casey Kruithoff (Heather) and Stacy Kruithoff (Sebrina), of Hatton; his stepfather, Tom James, of Moulton; a brother, Alan Kruithoff, of Hatton; and a half brother, Randy Martin, of Moulton; five grandchildren, Emily and Colby Holcombe, Gage and Sophie Kruithoff and Allie Kruithoff; two and stepgrandchildren, Cheyenne Fagan and Alex Alexander.
Pallbearers are Jimmy Holcombe, Steve Drake, Torey Jeffreys, Dustin Coan, Keith Coan and David Jeffreys.
