Sammy Eugene Teague was born December 31, 1953 in McNairy County, TN, the son of the late Joseph Elvin Teague and Sadie Mildred Baker Teague. He departed this life on October 28, 2022 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 68 Years, 9 Months, 28 Days.
Mr. Teague was a member of the Berclair Baptist Church in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Brenda Kay Alsbrook Teague; children: Rustin Teague (Tikshoshar), Carla Teague, Dustin Teague, Heather White (David), Misty Byrd (Walter), Angel Joyner, Tammy Kitchens (Junior); grandchildren: Britany, Charity, Jordan, Cody, Sierra, Joshua, Zach, Noah, Samantha, Tear’Isshia, Pedro, Aderia, Christina, Kayla, Loralai, Harley; great grandchildren: Olivia, Lucy, Jaxon, Winter, River, Wyatt; siblings: Dottie Robinson, William Teague (Hazel), Joyce Barnes; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Teague was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jerry Teague; two brothers, Joe and Roger Teague; and two sisters, Essie Kirk and Judy Glover.
