Sammie T. Pannell, 73, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 at the Baldwyn Nursing Facility. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, November 11 2023 at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues Funeral Directors with Bishop Rendell Hill officiating. Visitation will be Friday, November 10 from 5 until 7 p.m. at Pegues, Tupelo. A full obituary will be published as soon as it becomes available.
