Mrs. Samantha Marian Thornburg Ditzler, age 75, of Decatur, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at her residence. She was born October 29, 1940, in Watsontown, PA to Oliver B. Thornburg and Mary Frances Leahey Thornburg. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting the family.
She is survived by her husband, Barry Ditzler of Decatur; one son, Barry W. Ditzler & wife, Sherrie, of Decatur; one daughter, Tracy Ditzler of Decatur; two siblings, Carl Thornburg and Myrna Thornburg, both of Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren, Bethany, Brittany, Joshua, Mindy, Jamie, Taylor, and Kathryn, all of Decatur; and seven great-grandchildren.
