Sam Neal Blalock, 67, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and 9-11 a.m. Monday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, Tenn. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel. He was the son of the late Guy and Louise Prater Blalock.
