Sally Hayes Longmire, age 81 of Cherokee, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2016. Her graveside service will be Friday, December 30, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Margerum Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sissy Longmire; sister, Willie Mae Mculler; and brother, Jimmy Hayes.
Sally is survived by her son, Rickey Longmire; daughter, Sherry Longmire Evans; brothers, Johnny and Troy Hayes; sister, Betty Thornburg; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Clay Waddell for the kindness he has shown Sally over the years.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Margerum Cemetery fund.
