Sallie T. Johnson, age 85 of Huntsville, died Friday. She was a member of Gurley Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Johnson, & son Micheal Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter, Blanch Helton & husband Clifford, son, Larry Johnson & wife Dorothy, son, Benny Johnson & wife Vickie, son, Wayne Johnson, brother, Harold G Edwards and wife Brenda, ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces & nephews.
Services are being handled by Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville, where the family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM. A service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM in Spry’s Chapel with Bro James Phelps and Paul Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
